Refund Policy

At WholeSupply, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to return a product. To ensure a transparent and fair experience for all our customers, we have structured the following refund policy. Please read it carefully before placing your order.

Cancellation Before Shipment

If you decide to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact our support team immediately at +44 20 7946 0958. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel the order and process a full refund to your original payment method. Cancellations made after shipment has been initiated may not be eligible for a full refund.

Returns and Refunds

After receiving your order, you have a period of 30 days to return the items for a refund, should they not meet your expectations. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at +44 20 7946 0958 for a return authorization. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. We suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that we receive your returned item.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a certain amount of days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund as well.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange.

Non-returnable items

Please note that certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food items cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account once more. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund officially posts. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund posts. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at +44 20 7946 0958.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
