'WholeSupply was initiated with a modest goal: to introduce real Neapolitan pizza to London. The Bianchi kin established our pizzeria in 1985, operating it as a quaint, familial venture anchored in generational recipes.

Trained in the Neapolitan pizza craft throughout Italy, Margherita Bianchi, our creator, absorbed knowledge from pizza maestros in its hometown—Naples. Once back in the UK, replicating the quintessence of traditional Italian pizza using ancestral techniques and unparalleled ingredients was her determined pursuit.

Having started as a humble pizzeria with only 12 seats, we've flourished into a cherished community entity while our dedication to excellence and genuineness stands firm. Our wood oven traditions continue, our dough is still prepared fresh daily, and we persist in choosing top-grade ingredients.

Remaining within the family, 'WholeSupply is now under the guidance of the second-generation Bianchi family, who manage our zealous crew. Well-versed in contemporary evolutions, we ensure that the essence of our business remains focused on producing scrumptious, bona fide pizza that unites diners.
